Chibi Cat (Base)

Can be used for adoptables (free and monetized), character references, requests, commissions, you name it! Adjust it to your heart's content. A version with just the transparent lines is also posted if you can't open .psd files!

Requirements (main file):

-A program that can open a .psd file.

-Clipping layer/mask compatibility is preferred (due to the shading).
